Allegis corporate Officers bring over 70 years of relevant and operational experience to the card solutions enterprise. Comprised of engineering and management with emphasis in health care, corporate security, and product creation, a current, combined resume summary would list card technology development and applications deployment.

Fouad Yacoub: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Allegis Technologies was founded by Colonel Fouad Yacoub and rooted on a single premise: a belief that the role and function of card technology is poorly understood and under utilized, particularly in terms of corporate cost savings, benefit administration and security.  His unique perspective is the nexus of three decades of operational experience in management and industry.  Though initially trained as a pilot, a majority of his military tenure was devoted to preparing for upper Management.

A Commanding Officer with 25 years of duty in the Air Force Reserve, Colonel Yacoub served as the armed forces equivalent of a typical CEO, with first-hand responsibility for personnel issues that is fully commensurate with his civil counterparts.  His operational duties ensured supplying, paying, transporting, training, and providing medical care for those under his command, be it a few or a few thousand, not-to-mention all the necessary budgeting, accounting and engineering.  That singular experience, along with the emerging yet incomplete use of card solutions within the Department of Defense, began shaping his vision for AllegisTech.

A decidedly different set of experiences helped crystalize his concept for the Company.  As a longtime employee of a large commercial air carrier, he took additional inspiration from frustrations common to corporate benefit programs everywhere.  He dealt with issues like claims forms, confusing plan details, reimbursement headaches and the like.  And, of course, there's the whole matter of security in a post 9/11 world. The requirement for fast, foolproof, positive identity matching has never been more critical for corporate or national security.  Because it's so important, he insisted on biometric authenticating options for the product.  AllegisTech, Inc. marks five years of experience dedicated to maturing the card-solution technology he envisioned: one card, total solution.

Colonel Yacoub has degrees from the University of California , Los Angeles (BS, Electrical Engineering), Embry-Riddle University (MS Aeronautical Science) and is a graduate of numerous flight training schools and leadership colleges for Command Level military officers.  An Air Force Command Pilot and Senior Captain at the airline, he's logged nearly 20,000 hours in numerous types of aircraft.  Fluent in multiple languages, Colonel Yacoub also served as the lead negotiator for the United States in contract talks with overseas governments for multi-million dollar basing proposals.
